Walking past a classroom you may wonder who individually is in the classroom and what their learning about. As you take a class course, sometimes it may get boring, or the teacher lessons may not be interesting.
Often you’ll see teenagers with their heads down, making it seem that their playing seven up. Do having seven classes make the day seem longer or do most of us fall asleep at inappropriate hours.
“I believe kids sometimes lose interest from lessons and activities due to the activity or subject being done more than once, also the fact you’re going over the lesson repeatedly just to remember it” stated Rob Mestas, a gym teacher at Roosevelt.
Falling asleep at appropriate hours is really important for being on time to school, it’s important for your body and for your brain to easily function.
“I’ll say only twenty percent of my students aren’t interested in participating in some activities and ten percent fall asleep at late hours” said Mestas.
Getting the right amount of sleep will leave you energized so you wouldn’t fall asleep in other classes. Also, with the right amount of sleep allows your brain to function better making your day in school less stressful.
